JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BEHAVIOR THERAPIST POSITION

 

Provide 1-on-1 behavior intervention services in the home and community setting.

Participate in program development with Clinical Team.

Collect on-going data.

Utilize session time appropriately to target all skill areas.

Complete client documentation at the end of session.

Communicate with Clinical Team in regards to items required for session, questions about programming, and any parent concerns.

Respond to communication from supervisors immediately.

Participate in all Staff Meetings to review clinical or administrative issues and training.

Requirements:

 

Must have an associate's or bachelor's degree.

Must have availability from 4pm – 9pm on weekdays (with weekends a plus).

Able to commit to at least one year.

Experience working with children (children with special needs preferred).

Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pass a DOJ Clearance
