Hiring the wrong person can be devastating and very costly. Therefore, THC has implemented a pre-employment screening process as part of its employment procedures. A pre-employment background check is required on all final candidates which includes new staff and rehires, all temporary staff and some volunteer workers. The background check must be complete prior to the start of employment.
