JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CASE MANAGER POSITION
Job summary:
• Provide consultation to behavior therapists providing ABA services.
• Provide parent training for generalization of skills.
• Address parents’ concerns regarding services
• Create client’s logbooks based on assessment
• Update goals based on client’s data
• Write progress reports under BCBA supervision.
• Meet with the BCBA at least once monthly to review caseload
Requirement:
• BCaBA certification or Master’s degree in special education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, human development with one year of experience
• Must have 1 year or more experience in ABA
• Bilingual is a plus
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass the TB test
• Ability to drive to client or staff locations
